Dr. Rommie F. Fakhoury brings more than 25 years of medical experience to RVIVE Men’s Health + Wellness, where he helps men take a proactive, personalized approach to long-term health, vitality, and performance. As a board-certified family medicine physician with deep roots in Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Alta Loma, and the greater Inland Empire, Dr. Fakhoury is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for men at every stage of life.
Born in Yonkers, New York, Dr. Fakhoury moved to California as a child and has called the Inland Empire home ever since. He graduated cum laude from Alta Loma High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated on the Dean’s List in 1995. He went on to attend Ross University School of Medicine, graduating on the Dean’s List in 2000, and completed his residency training at Loyola University Chicago and Cook County hospitals. During his senior year, he was named Chief Resident and honored as Resident of the Year in 2004.
After returning to Southern California, Dr. Fakhoury established his family medicine practice and built a reputation for trusted, patient-centered care. Since 2008, he has been recognized repeatedly as a Patients’ Choice Physician and Most Compassionate Doctor. In 2019, Inland Empire Magazine named him one of the area’s top physicians, and in 2017 he received the Old Baldy District’s Distinguished Citizen of the Year honor.
At RVIVE Men’s Health + Wellness in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Dr. Fakhoury applies his broad medical background to specialized men’s health care, including testosterone replacement therapy, hormone optimization, low testosterone evaluation, erectile dysfunction treatment, medical weight loss, and overall men’s wellness. His approach focuses on understanding each patient’s symptoms, health goals, lab results, and lifestyle so care can be personalized, medically supervised, and designed around lasting wellness.
In addition to being board certified in family medicine, Dr. Fakhoury is certified in Medical Aesthetics and VASER High Definition Liposuction. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and remains active in the local community, serving as team doctor for the Ontario Reign Hockey Association and team physician for Alta Loma High School football.
